New Traktor Gear

I'm thinking I might use my Epsilon Pro-Mix2 controller as a audio interface and for the mixer section, until I try a Traktor mapping for my Akai AMX or buy a Traktor Kontrol Z1.

Sorry I haven't posted anything in a while. My regular job has kept me pretty busy. I've been working on some new mixes. Just about done on both, just working out a few kinks. One will be a EDM mix and the other will be an open format with a lot of old school stuff thrown in.

 I'm planning on replacing the Akai MPD18 with the the new MPD218. Also planning on getting 2x NI Control F1 and a Control X1 mkII so I can play around with stem files in Traitor Pro v2.9

More New Gear

Just got my Akai AMX. Here it is with an Akai AFX. Running on Serato DJ 1.7.3. I want to hook it up with my turntables, but I have to go to work today. Will play around with it tomorrow when I'm off and have more time.

UPDATE 4/19/2015: I have to re-configure my work area. and I will get everything hooked up Monday afternoon. Hopefully post a new mix on MixCloud by Wednesday. More pictures to come.

New Year, new gear

FYI, I won a giveaway contest for the EPSILON Pro-Mix2 Pak.(white). Enjoying the gear and trying to get use to Virtual DJ 7 again. I've also recently bought a AKAI AFX controller and waiting to get a AKAI AMX when they become available again.

Hoping to post up some videos sometime soon when I get everything settled. Working on several new mixes for my MixCloud account. Also, trying to get going on some new productions and remixes.

So stay tuned. I had a real busy year last year. Things are mellowing out for me at the moment, and I'm trying to catch up.
